Aanya Patel; Textile Artist

I am a Textiles graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University, where my focus was surrounding my Indian heritage and exploring my culture, through inspiration of traditional Indian techniques, such as hand block printing. I bring bright and bold colours to the eye through my work, whether it is in my handcrafted pieces or my digital designs. I love taking inspiration from research and themes, and then putting my own modern twist to them, showing my style through the designs.
